Useful information for travellers

Different journeys may combine multiple forms of transport. Unfortunately we can't offer a comprehensive list of services that connect to our ports or times for those services. Please see individual port pages on this website for further information. Below is an inexhaustive list of websites that may be useful for planning your journeys in addition to the Isle of Man Steam Packet website: National Railway enquiries: https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ Possible to book through from any national rail station to the Isle of Man including ferry ticket. Please search for Douglas Isle of Man as the destination station. Transport For Wales: https://tickets.trc.cymru/ Possible to book sail and rail tickets in either direction.

If travelling with hand luggage you can proceed straight to security with your QR code / booking reference.

Bicycle passengers check in at the vehicle check in with your QR code / booking reference. Please note, you must dismount your bicycle when embarking and disembarking the vessels.

Please note: The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company does not own the ports it serves. If there is an issue that needs to be brough to the attention of the port owners we will be happy to pass this on.
